Gerhard Bock
Gerhard Bock studied surveying at
the Technical University Dresden. He
worked as a patent engineer at VEB
Carl Zeiss Jena and later at VEB
Keramische Werke Hermsdorf, at the
Thermal Institute Jena and the
Physical-Technical Institute of the
Academy of Sciences of the former
GDR in Jena.
As a licensed patent attorney he was
a partner of our law office from
1991 to 2006. Afterwards he Mr. Bock
retired from Patent- und
Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Bock Bieber
Donath Partnerschaftsgesellschaft
(BBD). He is an advisory capacity of
our office furthermore.
His main areas of activity are:

in the area of
physics/engineering
- Know-how and license contract
law
- Law relating to employee
inventions
